Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all domestic orders over $200.00 USD (calculated after discounts and before taxes).

Orders under $200.00 USD: A flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping rates and delivery options will be displayed at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and carrier availability.
Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) will begin processing on the next business day.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or federal holidays.
During peak sales periods, holidays, promotions, or severe weather events, processing times may be extended.

Estimated delivery within 3–5 business days for most destinations within the contiguous United States.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery dates may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow 24–48 hours for carrier tracking systems to update.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once a package has been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
SUPPLY US LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
Customers should monitor tracking updates and ensure a secure delivery location.
Claims regarding missing shipments must be reported within 15 days of the carrier's delivery confirmation date.
