RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Eligibility

Most new, unopened items may be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused

  • Unopened

  • In original packaging

  • In resalable condition

Returns received outside the return window may be refused.

The following are also non-returnable:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Tested products

  • Partially used products

  • Clearance items

  • Final sale items

  • Promotional items

  • Discontinued items

  • Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of packaging

  • Photos of shipping label

Failure to report issues within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.

Return Authorization

Returns must be approved by SUPPLY US LLC before being sent back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned to the sender.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was shipped.

  • The item arrived damaged.

  • The item was defective upon arrival.

SUPPLY US LLC reserves the right to request evidence before approving a prepaid return label.

Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing generally requires:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection and approval.

  • 5–10 business days for banking institutions to post the refund.

Actual processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer or returned due to address issues may be subject to:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping charges

  • Restocking fees where applicable

Exchanges

At this time, SUPPLY US LLC does not offer direct exchanges.

Customers wishing to exchange an item should place a new order after the original return has been approved.
